If you want to be disappointed time and time again, shop here!Bought our first couch with a promise it would be there within 3 months … almost darn near 9 months later it came and wasn’t even the colour we ordered!Thinking maybe they were busy and what not, I bought a couch from them again a year later (Nov 2022) and it arrived (Mar 2023) with a horrible rip in it. Are you kidding me ??? So I paid roughly $3,000+ on a couch, for it to be ripped wherever it came from. someone came to stitch it up, letting us know there will be a slight stitch line. Are you KIDDING? For the money I paid, I’d want a bran new couch, hell I’d even take a $100 gift voucher if you want a returning customer.NOT. HAPPY.You guys really don’t care about your customers huh….

Had some damage on an outdoor setting and left feedback about it. Received a call next day and Amart sorted it no problems. Came in for the swap over today and decided to purchase a new couch from Rose who was super helpful. Well done Amart!

Order some mattresses (king, 2x queen, double & single) and queen bed base last month. Originally I was only going to buy one lot then change my mind and bought more, so 2 different orders placed for pick up but felt I was going to be extremely tired after a 30 hour road trip so rang and ask if it could be delivered instead. Lady on the phone was lovely and said she’ll only charge one delivery fee and had it organised to be delivered the day after we arrived in Perth.Extremely comfy and great quality mattresses!Definitely will be back to buy more furniture in the future.

In store service was good and certain commitments made re- delivery assistance. But delivery and follow up was terrible. Delivery was set for between 10 - 2 but when contacted, twice was told delivery was already completed. Bit difficult to miss a bloody Queen size mattress. Once they discovered it had not even left the store they sent out a delivery driver and assistant that could not even lift the mattress up and subsequently dragged it along the pavement. They then refused to bring the item inside and help to put in place as promised by the assistant. Subsequent phone calls to the manager were not returned. Will not shop there again!

Do not buy a fabric or leather protection plan from this company or UPCARE, its an upsell that you will never get to use. In the event you really do need it they will decline your claim as they have included every exclusion possible to deny it. If you ask for a refund after you're denied a claim the company will not refund you because you have a stain and refunds on the protection plan are now void. The care plan is a SCAM.

The staff are always lovely and friendly here. We brought our new outdoor setting and couldn't be happier with the service and quality so far.

Amart Daz was just lovely, even though it was coming to the end of his shift he remained bright, bubbly and chatty. 10/10 assistance with the mattress will definitely be coming by to see Amart Daz again.
