Living Edge Perth

Love their Herman miller range among others but post sales support is absolutely horrible considering the amount you pay for their items. Warranty inquiries and claims take forever for the to reply to. I'm not even talking about days or weeks either but months!

We have purchased numerous items from Living Edge over the years, from small ornaments to furniture to pendant lighting. They have a beautiful range, much of which is on display in their showroom. They are also more than happy to source specific items from their East Coast showrooms or direct from suppliers. Their service is consistently excellent; they respond promptly with competitive quotes, provide thoughtful suggestions of items that might be of interest and proactively keep you informed about the status of orders. It is clear that they are passionate about what they do and the products that they sell. They take time but don't hard sell. In particular, Callum Campbell has been our 'go to' for a couple of years now. He knows what we like, and is incredibly helpful and responsive.Liz and Anthony

Damn! Wow! Holy sh*t! All thought's that went thru my head as I entered this store. High end quality and style that was totally at the other end of the spectrum to what I would fill my Dream House with. But if I'd had a full wallet, I'd have been reaching for it. And what polite, courteous Staff. Very friendly, helpful, didn't look down their nose at the Pleb who strolled in. Which sadly is more common than it should be in Perth. I do Hope to walk back in there one day with enough Money.

Visually a little intimidating but once u get going the staff are super friendly and helpful. Just be aware most of the furniture is incredibly expensive. But be mindful of the calibre of pieces they have and it will seem reasonable.

A fantastic website and showroom. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and helpful, but certainly not pushy. I ordered some handles during our renovation that weren't quite right, which was my mistake. Without hesitation, they rapidly exchanged them. I mostly dealt with Callum Campbell, whose approach to customer service has been exemplary.

The building is very nice and the people who work there were also extremely nice and helped us in anything that we were interested in. Highly recommend

Relatively pricey furniture shop which specialises in more corporate furnishings and liason with decorators and architects. The reason why it is pricey is that the design items are from the original manufacturers and not a cheaper knock off. Many of the designs may seem familiar and available in other stores, but there will be differences in the manufacturing process and quality for which you pay a premium.The purchasing process for my office chair was fuss free and straightforward. The staff member who I dealt with was knowledgeable and not too pushy. On a Saturday I was able to get parking right outside, but that's not likely on a week day.

We have worked with Callum to buy many amazing pieces from Living Edge over the last three years. He is always very professional, helpful and able to offer good feedback and suggestions. The range at Living Edge is one of a kind!

Lovely store full of bespoke furniture. Had the pleasure of dealing with Robin who was the ideal sales person for me, very knowledgable and let me lead the conversation. I'm now the happy owner of a Herman Miller Aeron.

Mirroring other complaints, living edge seems more than happy to take your money, but the after sales service is severely lacking.No explanation whatsoever of what's happening in the background which forces you to have to contact them for updates.
