Amart Furniture Joondalup

I wish to congratulate Daphne from the Joondalup store who went well out of her way to assist us today. She is a fine example of a person who was a delight to do with. A person who is the quint essential customer service officer which is so rare. You are a credit to yourself and the Amart Brand .Thank you so much

Really bad service!Received the Chanelle bed with a broken headboard, contacted the store who said we had to wait for 2 weeks for a replacement which we had to keep chasing up. Finally got another replacement which was also damaged and no screws and were told we had to wait another week to get sorted rather than give us the screws off their floor model cause it was more important to them for their advertising than for our daughter to have a bed. Manager was rude and arrogant and didn't want to know!

Called the Joondalup store and was told an Orlando sofa would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive and pressured to put down a deposit to secure the best price. Then received a notification to say it was in stock (less than a week later). Felt like if we didn't pay for it then we would lose the sofa, so we paid for it and then when the sofa arrived, I hadn't realised that there were two different options (LH/RH) this was not pointed out to me whilst ordering through the phone and when we looked online the price is now $600 cheaper! Apparently nothing can be done, feel conned and extremely disappointed. Won't be shopping at Super Amart again.

I visited Amart in early April to purchase a bed frame. The staff confirmed that the item was in stock in their warehouse, and according to the receipt, it would be delivered within 1-2 weeks. However, it is now June, several weeks have passed, and despite paying for the bed frame upfront, I still haven't received the product. I have been sleeping on the floor with no confirmation of whether the bed is on its way or not.When I contacted one of the sales representatives at Joondalup, she informed me that due to their products coming from China, they couldn't provide a specific delivery date and asked me to wait until the end of the month. This is very disappointing and having expressed my obvious dissatisfaction with their service, I inquired about any form of voucher, or discount on future purchase for the poor service I received.In response, the sales representative stated that my complaint would be forwarded to their legal department.. I'm yet to understand what their legal department is meant to do with this considering they have already received my payment but haven't fulfilled their part of the transaction?? As a customer who has spent a significant amount of money on new furniture at Amart, I immediately requested a refund and made it clear that I will never return to their store.

Love this shop. Had been to a few Amarts around Perth looking for a certain piece of furniture. Stuart and his team were by far the most professional and welcoming out of the 3 stores we visited. Will be looking to see the team again for future purposes!

Always a great shopping experience with Rahul (the best sales rep).He's helped me buy furniture on numerous occasions over the years and is always very insightful and has very good taste with helping me pick which pieces suit a certain space or look that I'm going for.Thank you Rahul!

We drove all the way from Midland Amart and got to Joondalup Amart 15 minutes before closing. We needed an item and Stuart gave us the best customer service and went above and beyond to assist us! Thanks so much Stuart! Very hard to find good customer service like this these days.

I bought a mattress earlier this year at a price suitable for someone on an age pension.It’s been built with a steel Rod frame around it which hurts your hands when you tuck sheets in. Quite unusual, I’ve never encountered a mattress built quite like it.Also the springs move around and make a noise of “sproing” when you sit on it or roll over. Quite disconcerting in the middle of the night but, I guess I got what I paid for.Delivery drivers are lazy, they wouldn’t take back all that plastic mattresses come wrapped in.I’d complain to store management but, that’s a waste of time as I tried to get them to ring back on this and another issue but, an email and a phone call haven’t resulted in a return call to me.Just my bad luck, I guess.I’ve been a Customer since they first opened, I’ve bought lots of stuff there.I’ll try Hardly Normal next time.

Damian was an awesome bloke to deal with. We'd previously scouted the items we wanted the day before and going back in and making the purchases he walked us through everything from quality to delivery, he was even able to take payment right on the shop floor.The store itself is very large and well stocked with display items that anyone should have no issue finding what they're looking for. There is a wait on some items (5-8 weeks) which sounds like it is normal but the staff do give you ample warning.Overall happy we came in and happy with our purchases.
