Experienced exceptional customer service today by Ravi. He was fantastic and assisted us in purchasing a new mattress and ensemble. He took the time in assisting us and ensured we could purchase the products at the right price! He was engaging and was great with interacting with our girls. Highly recommend!!

Bought a modular couch at a discounted price from here. I was advised it would be available in 4 weeks. They called me after about 2 weeks and advised my couch was ready for delivery. Very happy with the price, quality, service, and timeliness of delivery.

1 star only That was for the door opening only. I walked around the store for 10 mins and no one came up to me . Three staff members were talking to each other doing nothing. Very poor. They missed out on a sale for sure.

Unbelievable. No one communicates between departments. One promise a compensated delivery due to the delay but was taken back because it isn't stated on the system. Stay away from this place. Even ikea has better quality products than them. At least staff members are actually helpful there. Never again

They wiggled their out this because I removed the back cover. The only way to inspect the extent of the damage is to remove the back cover. They indicated they didn’t want to cover this damage. The customer service is helpful as they are just messengers. They said the back cover supports the frame. Lol, it is obvious it was damaged not because of the cover, but damaged upon arrival.

Never had a worse experience buying furniture than this store. 2 months, was how long it took for a dining table to be sent to this store for pick up, which throughout the period I was contacted multiple times for “another 2-3 weeks”… and on one of the phone calls I was told a delivery can be arranged because of the long delay in delivery. And the table arrived in store, only to eventually be told “sorry we cannot arrange that because this was not noted on file.” I call BS. But I was not going to pay an extra $99 for a delivery that should’ve been offered as promised, so I decided to collect the table myself.Collection time was a bit different during the Christmas and NYE long weekend, I expected that. So I confirmed the collection opening hours before I went to pick up the table. Had to borrow a car because the table was too big to fit in my own. Guess what? Collection door was shut when I arrived, BEFORE the closing time that I was told over email and on the phone. Now I have to wait for another week because the long weekend is ending, and because someone (or more) wasn’t competent enough to do their job right.Absolutely disappointing experience.

sorry but no stars.. my experience went something like this, I'll try and keep it short.. ordered a number of items, two bar stools . arrived with parts missing not once but twice (yep they came and took away the old ones and sent new ones also with parts missing)I took a store credit and gave up on that.I ordered a six draw tall boy chest with matching side tables.one of the side tables was slightly damaged, I accepted out of frustration and was told a small credit would be forthcoming for that, It never came... the tall boy draws arrive pretty much destroyed inside the packaging. they took that away. I waited for a replacement, then when it finally arrived yep it was also badly damaged.. i was told 4 weeks for the 3rd one. then told 6 weeks then told more than 12 weeks with no g/tee of delivery.. tried to get my money back for the complete matching set but had to settle for the chest only because i had already usd the side tables. so I had a bad experience. here's hoping you have better luck.

I wish we can give Zero .The worst experience and customer services ever i faced in my life.Bought furniture for almost 14k $ and was told that the color i chose will take 5 weeks but i can swap to another color that is in stock which can take 2 weeks . 5 weeks passed and still not received anything. I could have ordered the colours i wanted initially.Nothing was even offered as a loan to sit on and we have been sitting on the floor for over 2.5 weeks . If we knew this is gonna happen we could have planned better to buy something elseCalling them back to see what is the update and delivery date and if they can accomodate for my work schedule, as the delay was caused by them but i was told this is what we have, we can send it later if you are not home !Really? Who is running this circus ? I really want to connect to their upper management as i will not let this pass.

Purchased La Salle Tall chest for $1600 and 4 out of 6 draws doesn’t close properly. Not a quality product.Emailed Amart on the 16th of Feb and the issue is still not rectified.Followed up on the 16th of March and they stopped replying.I would never purchase from amart again

Our delivery was delayed multiple times. First shipping was delayed twice by a month (2months total). Then after arranging to have delivered on a Friday and arranging to be at home that day it never showed up despite the tracker continually updating and saying it was on route. Finally at 9pm it stopped updating and never showed. When my partner called to find out why, we discovered the driver claimed no one was home. We rearrange to have it delivered the following week and again it doesn't show. I call to find out they never re-booked to have it delivered. Will never shop here again. It has been a nightmare of incompetency and dishonesty, and no consideration for the time wasted. I have little hope it will turn up on this third chance, and have to yet again take time out of my work week to be home.
